Can I Pay With Cash?
We are a cashless business. While a majority of our industry only accepts cash, we find that to be inconvenient. For the safety of our customers and staff, all transactions happen online at time of purchase through KindTap – check it out!
How Many Orders Can I Make Daily?
Per Colorado regulation, deliveries can be made once per day to residential addresses only. If you realize that you forgot to add something to your cart, you can make multiple purchases per day as long as the cumulative amount is under the state defined daily limit (don’t worry, we won’t let you order more than you’re allowed). Your multiple purchases will be delivered together.
Similarly, If you have at least one friend, then we can deliver multiple individual orders to the same address at the same time, once per day.
When Will I Receive My Products?
In a large majority of our delivery zones, your product will be delivered with next-day delivery. In some regions we may deliver same day, and in some it will be less frequent than next day. You will have the option to select a delivery window at checkout.
Do I Need to be Home to Receive My Product?
Yes! It’s the law that we see each other face to face upon delivery. Also, we will verify your ID, so make sure it’s yours, and make sure it’s valid. We will notify you with texts throughout the delivery process to make sure you are aware of when we will be there.
